Abstract. Cement production is an energy-intensive process. The cost of energy constitutes more than 60% of the cost of the cement; hence cement plants have to consider minimizing the cost of energy when planning production. However, there are several challenging issues regarding the production plan.
· In the first stage, 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and 50% small stones are mixed in a concrete mixer machine and the machine rotates fast to have the ingredients mixed together to create the concrete. This is an Hydraulic Concrete Block Making Machine on wheels. It will lay blocks on a concrete floor and move to the next position. This process eliminates the need for wood or steel pallets. The mould and ram are moved by hydraulic cylinders, which creates a much stronger block and the block maker can use less cement.
· What makes Hydraform blocks different from a regular brick is that they are composed of soil and just 5-10% cement is needed in the mix, significantly reducing the cost per square metre. Because of the interlocking mechanism of the blocks, there is no mortar required in 75% of the structure.
· If you have sufficient and reliable answers to these questions, you will make the best choice of cement brick-making machine that produces hollow blocks, interlocking blocks, curbstones, and many other types of concrete blocks. you can also read our article.
The mould is dipped in water and it is placed just near the previous brick to prepare another brick. The process is repeated till the ground is covered with raw bricks. A brick moulder can mould about 750 bricks per day with working period of 8 hours. When such bricks become sufficiently dry, they are carried and placed in the drying sheds.
